In their recent media release they said:

In recent years, it has become the keystone even for the local community, bringing local businesses, residents and community organisations together.

The Rotary Club of Balmoral is a loyal stallholder at the Morningside Festival and uses it as an opportunity to raise funds for their community projects by selling books, plants and a good old sausage sizzle.

Club member, Michael Cullen says “The Morningside Festival is always an enjoyable day and has a wonderful atmosphere. The crowds are always good and it has certainly been a great community event to come back to year after year.”

Cr Shayne Sutton, Morningside Ward, is Chairperson of the Morningside Festival committee.
