Police have released CCTV images after an elderly woman was assaulted and robbed at Camp Hill on April 21.
The woman, 69, was walking on Warilda Street around 10.30pm when she was approached by a man who grabbed her handbag.
The woman attempted to hang onto her bag but the man punched her in the chest causing her to fall to the ground.
The man then stole her handbag, and ran away along Warilda Street. He was last seen turning right onto Old Cleveland Road.
The woman received an injury to her hand and bruising to her chest.
The man is described as being around 180cm tall and of slim build with broad shoulders.
He was wearing a t-shirt that is dark on the front and orange on the back and dark ¾ length shorts.
