Today we had a look around the Holland Park Bowling Club. We were there for Pushies Galore – the bike swap and sell event, which was largely held outside the building.

As soon as we poked out heads in the door we were welcomed by a group of people who were happy to show us around. They said the bowls club is often hired for events such as 21sts. It’s a beautifully preserved retro-feeling venue.

Holland Park Bowling club is at Abbotsleigh Street, Holland Park.

  1. Sounds great Colleen. You can add that to our events page if you like. Just add in the required info into the submit form.

  2. Holland Park Bowls Club hosts Holland Park Singalong Piano Bar on the first Sunday of each month, starting Feb 2nd, Saturday night, 7-11pm. Free admission, cheap drinks, relaxed vibe, requests welcome (singalong Col plays by ear), singalongs even have a play of the piano when singalong Col has her breaks. There’s an extensive collection of projectable lyrics to help choose your request, or maybe bring your portable wifi to get up your own lyrics on your device. Occasional double bass player plays with Col.
