Grill'd Carindale Local MattersHi Fellow Community Members!

I’d like to tell you about a program we have at Grill’d Healthy Burgers.
It’s called Local Matters and it’s our community donation programme designed to support small local groups (the “unsung heroes” as we like to call them).

Every month, Grill’d Carindale donates $500 to local groups and we’ll be asking our customers to decide who the money goes to.

When customers buy a burger, they will receive a token to put into one of three jars representing different groups.

Whoever has the most tokens at the end of the month will receive $300. The other two groups will receive $100 each.

In addition to the money, we hope the programme helps local groups raise their profile amongst the local community.
We’ve supported local groups in the Carindale area such as Wynnum Vikings AFL, Special Care Central, Carindale PCYC, Gumdale State School P&C, Tournament of the Minds Inc QLD, Goodstart Early Learning Wynnym West, Lourdes Hill College Friends of Music Society, Cleveland Parkrun and Spirit of the Dragonfly; C.A.R.E. If you want to see for yourself how it all works, you can come down to check it out.

We’re located at Westfield Carindale – 1151 Creek Road, 4152.
You can also find out more details on our website.
That’s where you can apply to take part. It’s a simple process that will only take you a couple of minutes to complete. Please ensure that you select the Carindale restaurant when applying.

We’d love you to be part of the program in the months ahead. If you have any questions about the Local Matters program, please give me a call on 3395 0530. And please feel free to pass on this information to any of your contacts who may be interested in applying.
